The cigarette lighter (sockets) in the Citroen C3 Picasso is provided by the F9 fuse in the instrument panel fuse box.
Dashboard fuse box
Left-hand drive vehicles: The fuse box is located in the lower (left-hand side) dashboard.
Right-hand drive vehicles: The fuse box is located in the glove compartment.
