The fuse panel is located on the right side of the passenger footwell, behind the trim panel and the plastic code card.
To remove the trim panel, lift it off the rear securing hooks while pulling it towards you and folding it to the side. To reinstall it, align the tabs with the grooves on the panel, lower the panel back into place, and then press down on it.
