The Cigarette Lighter (Power Outlet) fuses on the Honda Pilot are fuses No.12 (Rear Console Accessory Socket), No.16 (Center Console Accessory Socket), No.18 (Front Accessory Socket), and No.19 (Rear Accessory Socket) in the extra Fuse Box in Compartment engine.
