The cigarette lighter (sockets) in the Saab 9-3 are fuses No. 10 (electrical socket in the storage compartment between the seats) and No. 22 (cigarette lighter) in the fuse box in the instrument panel.
Fuse box in the dashboard
It is located behind a cover on the driver’s side of the dashboard.
