The cigarette lighter (sockets) in the Ford F-150   is provided by fuses 9 (power point) and 16 (cigarette lighter) in the instrument panel fuse box.

Location of the fuse box

The fuse panel is located behind a cover on the left side of the handlebar. Remove the cover from the lower edge of the dashboard by pulling the handle to disengage the fasteners.
