The cigarette lighter fuses (power socket) on the BMW 5 G30 and G31 are fuses F50, F273 and F284 in the instrument panel fuse box.
Location of the fuse box
The fuses are located at different locations in the G30 / G31.
The location of the car’s internal fuse box
The fuses are located inside the car in the area of the front passenger’s floor behind the cover.
- Loosen the fasteners, arrows and open the cover.
- The fuse box is on the front right.
Location of the fuse box in the cargo area
The fuses in the G30 / G31 are also located in the cargo area on the right side (behind the cover).
- Remove the cover on the right side of the trim.
- The fuse box can be located behind the soundproofing.
