The cigarette lighter (s) on the Citroen C-Elysée is provided by fuse F16 in the instrument panel fuse box.
Dashboard fuse box
It is located in the lower dashboard (left side).
Unclip the cover by pulling it in the upper right corner and then to the left, fully unhook the cover and turn it over.
