The cigarette lighter fuse (power socket) on the Fiat Panda is the F85 fuse in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
Fuse box on the dashboard
The fuse box is on the left side of the steering wheel.
To access the fuse box, loosen the cover fixing screw F and screws E.

Fuse box in the engine compartment
It is located on the right side of the engine compartment next to the battery. To access it, release the spring I , release the catches M and remove the cover L.
