The cigarette lighter in the Chrysler Crossfire is fuse 31 located in the fuse box in the engine compartment.

Fuse box in the engine compartment
The engine compartment fuses are located under the hood on the driver’s side, between the brake main pump and the left front fender.
To remove the cover, squeeze the tabs on the front of the fuse box together. Then lift the cover up by the tabs. The cover will slide off the top of the fuse box. To replace the cover, place the two hinge-like catches on the back of the cover under the tabs on the fuse box. Press down on the front of the cover until the tabs on the front snap into place.
Relay control module
The relay control module fuses are located in the control module box next to the battery in the engine compartment.
Fuse box in passenger compartment
The access door is located at the end of the dash on the driver’s side behind the trim panel cover.
Use a coin or flat blade screwdriver to open and close this access door.
